Huaiyang cuisine is one of the Four Great Traditions in Chinese kitchen, and is praised as ’the best delicacy in Southeast China’. Huaiyang Cuisine Week will open since September 13th. Five renowned chefs from Jiangsu will be present to perform the culinary art of Huaiyang cooking. During the cuisine week, the chefs will be based at Vulcan Restaurant in The Hague and Mood Restaurant in Rotterdam, offering Huaiyang dishes.
