On April 1, 2025, the China Cultural Center Den Haag and Poetic Ink co-hosted a spring tea event titled “Flower Moon”, bringing together Dutch cultural figures for an immersive experience of Chinese tea traditions.


Tea artist Liza Lin opened the event with personalized calligraphy, setting the tone for an afternoon of cultural appreciation. Guests sampled a curated selection of Chinese spring teas, each paired with traditional teaware, while learning about the history, craftsmanship, and symbolism behind them.

Through tasting, storytelling, and hands-on engagement, participants explored the rich layers of Chinese tea culture. The event closed with thoughtful gifts, including handmade notebooks and traditional snacks.
