Chinese calligraphy for beginners

6 Lessons of 1.5 hours each.

Duration : Tuesday 15:30 - 17:00 pm

Starting from : 21.05 2024

Course fee : 210 euro

Materials needed:

100 rice paper sheets 68x45 cm

1 Chinese black ink - bottle 250 ml

1 big brush (goat hair)

1 Water writing mat

1 Underlay calligraphy mat

You can buy it easily from the teacher (€ 75,-) or look for it at a shop.

Course Instructor

Liza Lin is from Shanghai and the founder of Poetic Ink. She is an experienced artist, painting and calligraphy teacher living in the Netherlands and a member of the art society Haagse Kunstkring in The Hague.

5 Chinese colour tubes

1 Underlay calligraphy mat

1 plastic colour palette
